RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. The user must keep in mind, that each t-shirt is individually different and may vary in size due to techniques used during production; some shapes and colors may slightly vary from the images shown at www.thehiptee.com.

2. The User will have a time of 30 days upon receiving the emailing confirming shipment, counting from the date of delivery there of pursuant to Article 44 of Law 7 / 1996 of Retail Trade. The product can be returned/exchanged by any method that provides proof of postage and records that the customer's right to change their mind has been exercised within the stipulated period (either the date stamp of the courier service used for the return or the registered postage date).

3. The user must claim his/her return or exchange by logging into their user´s account at www.thehiptee.com and in My Account click on My Returns and Exchanges. The customer must then select the order reference where the article you wish to return or exchange is located and then select the item(s).

4. Please indicate the reason for the return or exchange in the appropriate box. We will proceed to the exchange of an item as long as it is available. 

5. Finalize your return or exchange request by clicking on Make an RMA slip.

6. Once we accept your request application for the return/exchange you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can then print out the document, which you must include in your return/exchange package. You can then proceed to send the package via mail or the courier of your choice.

7. The product must be in the same condition as when it was originally delivered and must be accompanied by the original instructions, documentation, accessories, and as far as possible, the original packaging and labels.

8. The consumer is responsible for any costs incurred in returning the product. In the case of an exchange The Hip Tee will afterwards assume the cost of shipping of the exchange. The Hip Tee will not accept packages sent via cash on delivery under any circumstances.

9. Once the item has been checked to ensure it is in perfect condition and payment has been confirmed, The Hip Tee will refund the purchase price, although no refund will be made for delivery costs relating to the original order, including if the item was first delivered carriage free. The shipping costs will only be returned in the case that an item is faulty or an item was sent incorrectly.

10. The customer can check the status of his/her return or exchange under My Account in My returns and Exchanges section. You will be notified of any change in the process via email.

11. The refund for the purchase price will be made via the same payment method used for purchasing the item and within a maximum period of 30 days.

Our exchange and return policy for outlet products at www.thehiptee.com does no accept cash back returns. Exchanges for other items available are admitted at the time of an exchange.
