    Your account allows us to obtain the data necessary for the processing of your orders. You have full control over your personal data. You can cancel or remove your account at anytime by sending an email to hello@thehiptee.com

  • How can I create an account at thehiptee.com?

    To open an account: Click "Register" shown at the top right of your screen on the home page. Then follow the procedure and fill out the form under "Create New Account". If you experience difficulties, please contact our customer service who will give you an answer as soon as possible.

  • Forgot your password?

    If you forgot your password, click "Register" at the top right of the web page and click "Forgot your Password?." We will send you a new password automatically to your email.

  • Which payment methods thehiptee.com accepts?

    You can choose the following payment options for your order:

    Credit Card: We accept the following cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Choose this payment method in the page before you confirm your order. Please indicate the card number, expiration date and CVV (code found back of the card).

    Other payments are: PayPal . For International orders we cannot accept at this time bank transfer or cash on delivery payment.

  • Is safe to pay online?

    Make your purchases at thehiptee.com with no risk, we ensure maximum security. thehiptee.com devotes its full attention to the security of online payment. Your bank details will be sent to our server in encrypted form through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and transmitted in a completely safe environment to our bank, CIC. We do not record this information at any time.

  • Are the prices guarantees?

    thehiptee.com agrees to sell their goods at market price.

  • Is VAT included?

    Yes, Spanish VAT (21%) is included in the prices of the items available at thehiptee.com. Sorry at this point we cannot offer TAX FREE. Please ask your local Tax Free Department.

  • What happens if I bought the wrong size? Can I change it? How can I return it if I am not satisfied? Money return?

    Do not worry we will fix it! We are here to help you! Please see the section Returns and Exchanges located in the footer.

  • In how many languages can you navigate?

    We use English and Spanish in our navigation browser.

  • What happens if some articles are "sold out"?

    If an item is sold out, thehiptee.com will try to replace it as soon as possible. If there was no stock it would retreat from the web.

  • Do I get the same product that I see in the picture?

    Yes, except for those products with traditional processes in which there might be a slight difference in the finish. Because of our manual processes and the vintage look we want to achieve our philosophy is that the perfection of a The Hip Tee is to be imperfect, so each item is individually unique. Consider this because colors may vary from one to another. Tees may have color discharges, please consider this for washing purposes.

  • Can I receive regular information on my email with the latest news and offers about thehiptee.com?

    Yes! Please just go to "Newsletter" and click accept button. You will receive all information on the latest news, look book and events held by The Hip Tee.

  • Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter of thehiptee.com?

    Yes! In the "Newsletter" you can unsubscribe easily. Send an email to hello@thehiptee.com giving the email you registered with when you created your account so we can proceed to canceling the subscription.

  • Was my purchase successful?

    Once you placed your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email.   • How can I know my order status?

    Please access "History and details of my order" on your account and you can view the status of your order.

  • Can I remove some items from my shopping bag?

    Yes! You can remove items from your Shopping Cart as long as you have not processed the order. Once you placed your order you can not cancel or change items.

  • What should I do if I receive a defective item?

    thehiptee.com only sells items in perfect conditions, exceptionally a garment with some defect can occur. If this happens please contact asap our Customer Service and we will exchange the article free of charge.

  • What should I do if I receive a wrong item?

    If at any time, by mistake, you get an item that you did not order please contact our Customer Service by email hello@thehiptee.com and we will exchange it free of charge.

  • Size chart. How can I know my size?

    Thehiptee.com makes all its efforts to provide you true size measures. All the articles on the website have their own measures in centimeters. We work with sizes S/M (small-medium, equivalent to a size EU 36-38) and M/L (medium-large, equivalent to a size EU 40-42). The size U (one size fits all) is available on many items and is usually wide because we like to give an oversize touch to some of our garments.
